Personal consultation

Build a real-world roadmap for your teenager.

90 minutes to connect who they are today with the skills, education, industries and opportunities they may need tomorrow.

The goal is not to choose one perfect career. We look at where the world is changing, where your teenager is now, and what they can start exploring, learning and building next.

Price250 EUR Includes preparation before the session and a written roadmap afterwards.

01 — What you are actually getting

A direction you can act on.
Not a career label.

We connect your teenager's current interests, education and situation with the real world outside school. The exact focus depends on your family, but these are the areas we can work on.

01

AI and the changing world of work

What AI is already changing, which kinds of work are growing or becoming automated, and what this may mean for your child's education and skills.

02

Future careers and industries

We look beyond job titles at industries, companies, technologies, problems being solved, and the different roles inside them.

03

Skills worth building now

Research, communication, AI literacy, independence, networking, financial literacy, problem solving and the ability to learn.

04

Education choices

Subjects, universities, courses, gap years and other options. We work backwards from possible futures instead of choosing education first and hoping it leads somewhere useful.

05

Starting a career before the degree

Projects, internships, volunteering, competitions, summer programs, communities, company events and other ways to build experience while still at school or university.

06

Companies and real working environments

How to identify companies connected with an area of interest, understand what people actually do there, and see which skills and backgrounds they hire for.

07

Universities beyond rankings

How to learn what studying somewhere is really like by speaking with current students, graduates and people working in the field.

08

LinkedIn and networking

How a teenager or young adult can start building a professional network naturally, learn from real people and gradually create useful connections.

09

Moving to another city or country

How to prepare for a new environment, practical responsibilities, independence, social adjustment and a different education system.

10

Money and financial independence

How to introduce budgeting, financial literacy, investing, entrepreneurship and the idea of more than one possible income stream in an age-appropriate way.

02 — From big questions to small actions

Good advice is useless
if it never enters real life.

You do not need to redesign your family's entire routine. We look for small actions that fit into the life you already have.

  • Explore one company together over dinner.
  • Replace one random video with a university lecture, founder interview or company talk.
  • Contact one current university student and ask three real questions.
  • Create a first LinkedIn profile.
  • Choose one real project instead of another theoretical course.
  • Give your teenager responsibility for part of their monthly budget.
  • Spend one Saturday exploring an industry in the real world.
  • Use AI together to research a career, then verify the information.
  • Turn a school interest into a small real-world project.
  • Choose one skill to build deliberately over the next three months.

I help parents turn big questions about the future into small things their teenager can actually do now.

03 — What changes for your teenager

They do not need someone else's plan.
They need a bigger world to explore.

  • See more possibilities

Their immediate environment should not be the only thing defining what they believe is possible.

  • Understand why school matters

Connect subjects with real technologies, companies, professions and problems instead of treating school as an isolated system.

  • Make better decisions

Learn how to research options, compare them and gradually make decisions more independently.

  • Get closer to the real world

Companies, universities, professionals, industries and projects become things they can explore rather than abstract ideas.

  • Start building evidence

Skills, projects, experiences and relationships can accumulate long before the first full-time job application.

04 — What you get as a parent

Less noise.
Clearer priorities.

  • A clearer picture of the opportunities worth exploring.
  • A shortlist of priorities instead of thirty things you think you should be doing.
  • Concrete resources, companies, people, programs or experiences to investigate.
  • A way to connect school today with possible futures.
  • Ideas for conversations that do not feel like career interviews.
  • Practical actions that fit your family's time, location and budget.
  • A written roadmap you can return to after the consultation.

05 — What is included

The session is the middle part,
not the whole thing.

01

Before we meet

You complete a short preparation form about your teenager: interests, school, independence, current questions, what you have already tried, where you live and what decisions may be coming next.

I review it in advance and prepare the areas I think are most useful to explore.

02

The consultation

90 minutes online. We do not try to solve your teenager's entire future.

We identify the 2 to 4 areas that matter most now, explore realistic options and decide what is worth testing next.

03

Your roadmap

Within five working days you receive a written summary with key conclusions, priorities for the next 3 to 6 months, concrete next steps, resources worth exploring, relevant industries, companies, programs or people where useful, questions to discuss with your teenager, and ideas for integrating the actions into normal family life.

06 — Who it is for

For parents who know the old career playbook is no longer enough.

Widen the field before narrowing it.

This may be useful if:

  • your teenager has no idea what they want to do
  • they have too many interests and cannot choose
  • they have chosen a direction, but you are unsure what the path actually looks like
  • you are deciding about subjects, schools, universities, countries or a gap year
  • you want them to become more independent before university
  • you want them to understand AI and the changing workplace, not simply use AI tools
  • you want to expose them to a bigger world than the one immediately around them
  • you want practical ways to start building experience before university
  • your family is moving between countries or education systems
  • you want to talk about career and money without creating pressure

What this is not

This is not therapy, psychological assessment or a career test that promises one “correct” profession.

My background is in international business, geoscience, energy and technology, not psychology. My role is to help you understand the changing world around your teenager and turn that information into practical options and next steps.

If I believe your family would benefit more from psychological or specialist support, I will tell you.

Sessions can be held in English or Russian, whichever is more comfortable for you.

08 — Price

250 EUR

Not just a 90-minute call.

The aim is that you leave knowing what to explore next, what can wait, and what your teenager can begin doing now.

What that covers

  • Preparation before we meet
  • 90-minute private consultation
  • Personalized research where relevant
  • Written roadmap afterwards
  • Specific resources and next steps
  • English or Russian
